Buying
Browse the marketplace, open a listing, and click Contact Seller to arrange payment and delivery. You can pay securely online or coordinate a local meetup.
Sellers grade each item's condition (New, Like New, Good, Fair). Verified sellers carry a badge, and you can always ask for extra photos before buying.
Open a dispute from My Purchases within 14 days. Our support team will mediate and issue a refund if the item never arrived or was misrepresented.
Selling
Go to My Listings and click New Listing. Add photos, pick the platform and condition, set a price, and publish. It takes about two minutes.
Listing is free. A small service fee applies only when an item sells. You'll always see the exact payout before confirming.
Payouts are released after the buyer confirms delivery, on your chosen schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) in Seller Settings.
Safety
Meet in public, well-lit places, bring a friend if possible, and inspect the item before paying. Never share financial details outside the platform.
Use the report button on any listing or profile, or contact support. We take fraud seriously and act quickly.
Account
Go to Account Settings → Security to set a new password, or use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen.
Yes. Visit Account Settings → Danger Zone to permanently delete your account and data. This cannot be undone.
